Over the years during other careers, Tracy’s friends considered her as the official “unofficial” real estate expert. She and Tego have done extensive home remodeling, sold their own home and rental homes, designed and had built their current home, and been involved with numerous pieces of investment property, flips, land and 1031 exchanges.
Tracy has been in New Mexico since moving here for college in 1980 (ENMU). At the time, her Grandmother, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins were enjoying life in the beautiful high desert of Albuquerque. After college, she worked for a major retailer for 13 years as a Human Resource and Benefits executive. She then joined Intel Corporation as a college recruiter. She found Intel to be a great company to work for with cutting edge, progressive policies and training. Tracy left Intel when her son and daughter came along, as she was fortunate to become a full time Mom.
Before children, Tracy traveled extensively to places such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, England, Russia, Chile, Mexico, Italy, Romania, Turkey, and more recently with the kids, she and Tego try to take at least one International trip a year with visits to Costa Rica and Mexico being favorites. Also before children, Tracy had a regular golf game and hopes that her children will become avid golfers to enable her to get out on the course more often again.
