The new home market here has adjusted to the home buyers demands and most builders are still building homes. The prices are better and with builder incentives, new homes work well for many buyers.

How is the new home market fairing in Albuquerque? We’ve seen a significant slowdown here in Summit County, Colorado over the last few years. Some of the more recent foreclosures I’ve seen have included homes where the builders walked away from the construction mid-stream. We’re now beginning to see signs of a strengthening market, but wondered how things are holding up for you?

Who or what body of decision makers allows the assessor to abide by the decisions that the assessor is publicly communicating?The confusion about this issue is creating a sence of confusion and distrust.

I hope prices there and elsewhere stabilize soon. However, I agree with you when you observed that this is the best time in our lifetime to buy a home, because they're at their cheapest, and stuff like the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit can work for them.
