Living in and loving New Mexico since 1980, Tracy moved to New Mexico from Minnesota to attend college. Tracy has lived mainly in the “North Valley” near the Rio Grande River, also in the Albuquerque Country Club area, and since 2001 in the Village of Corrales. A top producing Realtor since 2002, her love of real estate started well before this time dabbling in home renovations and Real Estate investments. Tracy and her team are currently the #1 Realtors at Keller Williams Realty in New Mexico and regularly finish each year in the Top 10.

Like many people that call New Mexico home, Tego is a Mid-West transplant and was raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before settling in Albuquerque in 1990, Tego lived and worked in Phoenix, AZ, Durango, CO, and the Pacific Northwest. He has also lived in Rio Rancho, Tijeras (East Mountains), and the North Valley before moving to Corrales in 2001. In 2006, Tego left his career in sales of Communications / Networking equipment and joined the wonderful world of Real Estate. He now focuses on making sure The Venturi Team is a leader in providing the best Real Estate services to our clientele.

Many years in the service industries have provided Leslie with a strong customer service background and her “Can Do” attitude has helped her stay up with the ever changing Real Estate market . She has been a licensed Realtor/Office Manager since 2004 and prides herself in taking the utmost care of our clients and their real estate needs. Leslie is known for her positive thinking, sunny smile and willingness to get the job done, no matter what.

Two words describe Meredith’s approach to real estate – “Perpetual Motion!” Working full time at her profession, Meredith is dedicated to exceeding her customers’ expectations. After seven years in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho communities, her knowledge and experience are her most valuable assets. She uses her insights to introduce individuals and families to Albuquerque and Rio Rancho and expertly guides them through their real estate transactions. Having relocated with her family several times throughout the country, she relates to her customers needs:

Originally being from Canada and working in the customer relations and Human Resources field for over 8 years, Cindy decided to expand her family and moved to Western Massachusetts. There she spent 13 years raising her family, volunteering at school and advocating for her children’s educational needs. After much thought and travel she and her family made the decision to move to the state that has the bluest skies, the brightest stars and the most fantastic mountain views in the Southwest. New Mexico. She now lives in Rio Rancho where she enjoys biking, hiking, knitting and Sunday drives.

As a full-time Realtor specializing in working with Home Buyers, Jane has a genuine passion for helping home buyers find an awesome home! She listens carefully to needs, wants and wishes – taking on your home search as if it were her own.

Julie has always been passionate about homes since her childhood days in a “construction family” learning to pull wire and fire an air nailer. She has lived in various parts of Albuquerque for over 20 years and has hands-on remodeled six of her homes and contracted the construction of a new home. In addition to her considerable building experiences, Julie loves art and design. She holds two degrees from the University of New Mexico in art history and art education. Julie owned a local interior decor company for 13 years in which she consulted on residential interiors and produced custom furnishings. 

With this background and unique skill-set, Julie has honed her ability to identify the client’s wants and needs resulting in finding just the right house for each buyer. She also has an eye for seeing the hidden potential in properties.

Julie enjoys the creative arts of bookmaking, printmaking and collage and loves gardening out in her yard. She is married to a Spanish teacher and has a teenage son.
