Having lived in Illinois when I first started looking at real estate in the Albuquerque area, I met Tracy by way of email. She was always helpful during our search for a home. When my wife and I showed an interest in a home, Tracy was quick to provide many photos of the property. This was very helpful considering the difficulties associated with searching for a home from a remote location. Tracy provided helpful suggestions and considerable information about the area. The Venturi Team is the most professional real estate company my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with during any of our home buying experiences. Our agent, Jane, and the Venturi Team members, worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process beginning with identifying homes that fit our search criteria, arranging multiple showings, answering questions and assisting with financing related issues, procuring a home inspector, negotiating the final purchase price and contractual provisions, and being present at the closing. Our agent maintained regular communications via phone and email and quickly answered our questions and concerns. We felt confident throughout the process that we had chosen a professional real estate agent and also a person who was genuinely honest, straightforward and working in our best interest at all times. She earned our confidence along with her entire team of professionals. 2010 - In the last 5 years I have used the Venturi's twice. I have personally recommended them to others in Albuquerque. They are a strong team with good communication. They are ethical and knowledgeable. They go beyond the expected norm to deliver what is needed to sell a property in this day and age. Their expertise shown on line where most people start looking and this is very helpful. As far as when I was the buyer, there was no pressure only support. When I was selling, they were totally committed to the process. It is important to me to fully trust the Real Estate Agent I am using for such a big decision. I will use them again. 2011 - The Venturi team just completed a sale on my house in New Mexico. Tego was more than patient, tenacious and professional. No matter what was needed, he figured out a way to deliver the sale. Other realators like working with he and his wife so they have lots of attraction with the houses they choose to market. This economy is different that what we are used to and requires special expertise in the competing markets. If you want to work with a team that is ethical and legitimate - this is the one.
